You may reschedule your class through the link on your booking conformation email.

Class must be rescheduled 24 Hours before your course start time. You are limited to 3 free reschedule requests per registration.

If you reschedule your class within 24 hours of your course start time, a fee will be added to your registration. All fees must be paid before you will be eligible to attend the class.

After your reschedule limit has been reached, a reschedule fee will be added to your registration for each future reschedule request. Each fee must be paid in order to be eligible to reschedule.

$30 "Reschedule" fee for ACLS, PALS and PEARS Classes. $15 "Reschedule" fee for all other classes.

A “No Show” fee will be added to your registration if you do not show up for your scheduled class and do not provide prior notice that you won’t be attending. All fees must be paid before you are able to attend class or reschedule.

No refund for the "No Show". However, after the "No Show" fee, the course credit will be kept in the file for one calendar year.

$30 "No Show" fee for ACLS, PALS and PEARS Classes. $15 "No Show" fee for all other classes.

You may cancel your class through the link in the booking email you received. You will receive refund for classroom based courses when cancellation is 7 days before your original course start time. The refund will be subject to a fee of 5% to cover the cost charged by the credit card processing company.

Classroom course cancellations after above timeframe and within 24 hours of class date/time will not receive refund, though course credit will be kept on file for 1 calendar year.

Payment of "late cancellation" fee(s) must be paid before you are able to attend nclass or reschedule.

No Refunds will be given once a class has been rescheduled.

Online courses/ HeartCode courses/ Blended Learning courses are not eligible for refund once the course is released.

For the blended learning class, by cancelling the course, you will also lose included skill session. You can reschedule your class through the link in the booking email you received. Please go over "Reschedule your Class" policy.

All online products (online courses/ ebooks/ digital products) are not eligible for refund once it is released.

No refunds will be given for products that have already been shipped or picked up.
